تستطيع حذف حسابك بنفسك من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت، أو تطلب منا حذفه بالبريد الإلكتروني إن تعذّر عليك الدخول.
يُنفَّذ الحذف فوراً ويُسجَّل خروجك تلقائياً. لا توجد مهلة انتظار ولا إمكانية للتراجع.
إن فقدت الوصول إلى حسابك، أرسل لنا رسالة من البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في الحساب نفسه واكتب في موضوعها «طلب حذف حساب». نتحقق من هويتك ثم ننفّذ الحذف خلال ٣٠ يوماً كحد أقصى، وعادةً أسرع بكثير.

لماذا يبقى هذا المحتوى؟ لأن تقييمات المباريات واللاعبين متوسطات جماعية، وحذف تقييماتك يغيّر أرقاماً يراها آلاف المستخدمين بأثر رجعي. وحذف تعليقاتك يترك ردود الآخرين معلّقة بلا سياق. لذلك نفصل المحتوى عن هويتك بدل إتلافه.
لا نحتفظ بنسخة من بياناتك الشخصية بعد الحذف. قد تبقى في النسخ الاحتياطية المشفّرة لقاعدة البيانات حتى ١٤ يوماً كحد أقصى قبل أن تُتلف تلقائياً.

You can delete your account yourself from inside the app at any time, or ask us to delete it by email if you cannot sign in.
Deletion runs immediately and you are signed out. There is no waiting period and no way to undo it.
If you have lost access to your account, email us from the address registered on that account with the subject "Account deletion request". We verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days at the latest, usually much sooner.

Why does that content stay? Match and player ratings are collective averages — removing yours would retroactively change numbers thousands of people see. Removing your comments would leave other people's replies dangling without context. So we sever the content from your identity instead of destroying it.
We keep no copy of your personal data after deletion. It may persist in encrypted database backups for up to 14 days before they are destroyed automatically.
