تشرح هذه السياسة أي بيانات يجمعها تطبيق VAR، ولماذا، ومع من نتشاركها، وكيف تتحكم بها. تسري على التطبيق وعلى خدمات الخادم التي يعتمد عليها.

الأساس القانوني: تنفيذ العقد بيننا (تشغيل الحساب)، وموافقتك (الإشعارات والصور)، ومصلحتنا المشروعة (أمن الخدمة).
نستعين بمزوّدي خدمة يعالجون البيانات نيابةً عنا فقط:

لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي جهة أخرى إلا إذا ألزمنا القانون بذلك.
على خوادم في نورمبرغ، ألمانيا، داخل الاتحاد الأوروبي. الاتصال بين التطبيق والخادم مشفّر بالكامل عبر HTTPS.
نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائماً. عند حذف الحساب تُنفَّذ العملية فوراً بلا مهلة انتظار.
من داخل التطبيق: الإعدادات ← الحساب ← حذف الحساب.

لك الحق في الوصول إلى بياناتك، وتصحيحها، وحذفها، والاعتراض على معالجتها، وطلب نسخة منها. راسلنا وسنستجيب خلال ٣٠ يوماً.
التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون سن ١٣ عاماً، ولا نجمع بيانات منهم عن قصد. إن علمنا بذلك حذفنا الحساب فوراً.
عند أي تغيير جوهري سنحدّث تاريخ «آخر تحديث» أعلاه ونُعلمك داخل التطبيق.

This policy explains what data the VAR app collects, why, who we share it with, and how you control it. It covers the app and the server services behind it.

Legal bases: performance of our contract with you (running the account), your consent (notifications and photos), and our legitimate interest (service security).
We use service providers that process data on our behalf only:

We share your data with no one else unless the law requires it.
On servers in Nuremberg, Germany, within the European Union. Traffic between the app and the server is fully encrypted over HTTPS.
We keep your data for as long as your account exists. When you delete your account, deletion runs immediately with no waiting period.
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account.

You have the right to access, correct, delete, object to the processing of, and receive a copy of your data. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
The app is not directed at anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If we learn of such an account we delete it immediately.
For any material change we will update the "Last updated" date above and notify you inside the app.
